I'm thrilled to have found a bagel shop that offers gluten free bagels!! They only offer a small selection as part of their daily offerings, but they will make anything for a custom order. I'm more than happy to order the day before to get my beloved onion bagels that I've had to give up since going GF. I still prefer a NY style bagel, these are quite small, and with their GF bagels even smaller, but I'm beyond thrilled to even have the option. If I were to nit-pick, I would say their bagels could use a bit of salt, they tend to be a bit bland on their own. The staff was really lovely and helpful, and I was happy to learn they have practices to prevent cross contamination. Would absolutely recommend!
My husband and I went here for breakfast. Wow, these are some of the best bagels we have had. Great texture and love the variety. The Montreal spice was so tasty, I had that with my sandwich (the “Squirrel” and my husband got sesame sunflower seed for his. One of the employees kindly gave us an extra bagel. Rosemary sea salt. Holy buckets, SO GOOD. The wood fired oven was really neat too and it was fun to watch them make the bagels in there while we waited. My husband and I are only visiting Vermont and will be sure to come back here again.
We Myers Bagels. The bagels themselves are the best Montreal Bagels this side of the border and in fact better than many Montreal bagels. Their sandwiches are so good too! We fed our vegetarian, vegan and omnivore family very well here This smoked brisket sandwich was incredibly good. They also have gluten free bagels.
Myer's is an awesome spot to go for a morning coffee or an all-out breakfast. Their bagel with lox is quite good. Montreal-style bagels are hard to get used to and they don't have a big size iced coffee which is presumably a way to ward off people from Boston. I really like this place though I go here way more than any other bagel place in Burlington. Also their Breakfast sandwich is like $3.50 which is super awesome thank god for that
