Napoli Pizzeria - Burlington

Our server, Bri, beamed at us from across the room, and we were hoping she would be assigned to our table because she is exceptional and incredibly attentive. Remarkably, Bri even remembered my cocktail from my one and only previous visit. If you're planning to make a reservation, be sure to request her! The restaurant was alive with happy families, laughter, and enjoyment of their meals. I really wish we had discovered this place sooner. Vincenza, one of the owners, has such a wonderful personality, and her love for her family's restaurant is evident in every aspect. She warmly welcomes everyone, creating a dining experience that stands out from anywhere else we've been in Wisconsin. The fantastic food and attentive staff truly make you want to come back, and I genuinely believe they love their work. Thank you for everything! We can't wait to return and see all of you again soon.

The food was quite good, or at least we thought so—until my husband discovered a small metal nail in his ribs. It turned out to have come from a BBQ baster brush. While the staff were polite about it, they only discounted the price of the ribs. I believe we shouldn’t have had to pay for anything at all. In hindsight, we should have walked out immediately. This is absolutely shocking and, not to mention, dangerous!

We visited on Sunday for a birthday dinner and really enjoyed our experience. The decor was lovely and clean, giving a nice Italian ambiance. I ordered the chicken Marsala, and it was absolutely amazing! My husband had the gnocchi with mushrooms and red sauce, which were like little pillows of deliciousness. The waitstaff was attentive and always nearby if we needed anything. Whenever we're in Burlington, we make a point to stop by this restaurant!

Been going here for years and the pizza, drinks and pasta are always consistent and good. More recently theyve added Pinsa to the menu which is a new style of crust that is easier on the stomach and less gluten and quite frankly tastes better than any pizza ive ever had. I highly recommend this place and its probably the best italian food in town. Just go already and stop reading this review lol

The thin crust pizza is great along with the beef sandwiches and pastas as well. I do delivery.
