Pizza Hut - Burlington

I had the worst experience at this pizza place. My cheese sticks were overcooked along with the other items in my order. Despite specifically asking them not to overcook my cheese sticks when I called, I decided to give them another chance, but I was disappointed once again. On top of that, the waiting times are terrible, and the customer service is rude. My advice is to stay away from this pizza joint!

Awesome place with great customer service. Even if you do have to wait on the order the people working there will let you know how soon your order will be ready. All around a great place to visit.

My wife ordered a large veggie stuff crust with extra cheese, got home and noticed it was a ham pizza. Unfortunately for us we do not eat meat. Very disappointed and hungry. Hopefully the management can resolve this issue in the morning as they are nowclosed.

Ordered pizza under my husband's name and we were pleasantly surprised we ordered at 7:33 and received our pizza dinner box at 7:55, which is quick for a Friday night and the pizza was hot. The food tasted delicious ???? and we really enjoyed our dinner.Kudos to you pizza hut we will probably be ordering from you more often.

My family has been ordering from this restaurant for years, and I used to look forward to continuing this tradition. However, in the last six months, we've placed delivery orders three or four times, and the pizza has been underwhelming. I always request extra sauce through the app, but each time the pizza has come nearly dry with barely any sauce on it. It's really disappointing since this used to be one of our favorite spots. I don't think we'll be ordering from here again.
