Love the sandwiches, the people who work there are very friendly and efficient but their serviettes suck!

I feel terrible not to know his name. jake or zack, some along these lines. they would think with the big job he has, I would know. but I'm not all that often, but when I go, I know that this guy will deliver with a big job. he needs an increase! better than any other primos. I literally come back to this because the approach of this guy on customer service. I hope I didn't too much torment her name. I'm sure you know I'm talking about you.

The hoagie was great, but music was played, that was very raunchy and explicit. I actually didn't go for the music naturally and I know that institutions can play music. but for the few minutes I had to wait for my food, it was quite unpleasant. I think the public places should have at least one floor line respectful atmosphere so that no customer feels insulted or uncomfortable. I don't like to give negative reviews, but in these days it seems like its best way to help owners and managers. I hope this comment helps the device.

I have one question, where's the beef? I know I haven't been to Primos in a while but I wasn't expecting there to be a quarter amount of meat. The amount I spent for my schwartze and turkey diablo was far more than the sandwiches I received. Not to mention there was no heat or spice in my Diablo. For once they got the extra mayo request right but what was the point when there was more mayo than there was meat. I am not happy and I'm giving primo one more try across town but if they're on the same level primo is dismissed.

Always great hoagies. They take the time and care to always make sure my order is correct and we have everything we need.
