I can't emphasize enough how hard the staff was working! They're busting their butts, that was clear With that said, 15 minutes for egg white bites was rather frustrating

Nice staff courteous and professional Yet if you want to charge 4.75 for a Cappuccino you need to have availability of traditional Sbucks powders, cocoa powder one of them unavailable at this store has nothing to do with Covid since vanilla was available just nonchalance poor name recognition !

While on our way to Salem we decided to take a Java Chip Frappuccino. This is our favorite drink and we have tried this at several locations and were never disappointed. There is always one time and probably this was at this store. For the first time I hated it to a point that we decided to throw it since it was way too bitter for us to drink. I am sure there is a standardized way to make these drinks at all the Starbuck locations but somehow these folks decided to diverge from the recipe to deliver a disaster.
