Ordered a churro signature latte. The lady taking orders at the drive through that barely understood, rung me up as a regular iced coffee with churro syrup.(didn’t realize) I got to the window. helllooo where’s the whip cream ? They said an extra 50 cents. Like ??? Doesn’t that even make sense.??

Rip off artists! My wife ordered an iced tea at the window and we were given a cup where the ice was excessive. Half an ounce of tea, all ice We were told it was AN EXTRA DOLLAR TO REMOVE IT. We will never go back. Go to another Dunkin if you don't want to get bullied into paying more money for what you want.

Only half the bagel had cream cheese and the whole bagel was supposed to be toasted but was not. At least the hot chocolate was good. One place that will not get my business again. I spent all day at hospital with nothing to eat since yesterday and was looking forward to that bagel. I tried to call, recording comes on press 1 to leave a message 2 to end. I pressed 1 and got mailbox full, can’t leave a message. Go figure.
