Tgi Fridays - Burlington Township

I visited TGIF on Monday, March 14, 2022, around 3:40 PM. I would have given my experience a five-star rating, but sadly, our waitress did not meet expectations. We had to get up and look for her because she never asked us what kind of wings we wanted. As a result, we ended up with the wrong order, and she didn't check back to see if everything was alright or if we were happy with our meal. After serving us our drinks, it took her quite a while to return to our table, and she never asked if we were ready to place our order. While she was friendly and maintained a pleasant demeanor, I couldn’t remember her name; she was a young African American woman wearing a black t-shirt with a colorful TGIF logo. The food was good, but it seemed like she could benefit from a little more motivation to provide the best service for her customers.

Our server was prompt and attentive, and the food was very delicious.

I strongly recommend ignoring the negative reviews you may see here. It's frustrating to see people in this city nitpick even the smallest issues. This TGIF location is clean, inviting, and has a wonderful staff. The food is top-notch, and they're open until midnight—what more could one ask for? I always go for the signature Whiskey Glazed Burger, and it's consistently great. Although some might have unfavorable views about this place, they are completely off-base. Don't judge a restaurant solely based on others' opinions, especially when those opinions are often negative. Thank you for a fantastic experience, Holly! I’ll definitely be returning!

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time via DoorDash on June 23, 2022. The accuracy of the order and the quality of nearly everything was fine. My daughter was really looking forward to having broccoli (not the lemon broccoli) as her side, as it's her favorite vegetable. Unfortunately, she was very disappointed when she received brown broccoli. I can't understand why they would serve that. This restaurant used to be her favorite spot until she was served a frozen cake there a few years ago for her birthday. I decided to give it another chance today, but it turned out to be a bad decision! I'm not saying you shouldn't try it, but just be cautious.

The service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic, just as it always is. The drinks were incredible as well. However, my girlfriend and I encountered one problem: the hostess seated us right next to a loud group of intoxicated men at the bar, which I found quite frustrating. It would be beneficial for the hostess to improve her seating arrangements at the bar, as not everyone wants to be placed next to rowdy and drunk patrons.
