Chuck's Roadhouse Grill Burlington

Went on November 24th for lunch. 1 server for 100 customers in the restaurant. Food was cold...croutons in caesar salad were stale. Corn was brown and the mashed potatoes were cold but still have powder in them when they were brought to our table. Fries were given to us as if they were sitting there for hours.I have emailed the store 3 times in the last week have not gotten a response.

We love spending time in chuck's roadhouse restaurant love their medium rare ribeye and newyork style steak cooked to perfection medium rare with the australian wine a great combo. also loved their sweet potatao fries, onion rings, mashed potatoes sides! the harley davidson adds fun element to the ambience.

Love coming here for the strawberries pican salad, but twice I had come for dinner, and they had ran out of strawberries, super sad about. Overall great place! Please stop running out of
