I was at a reception there for a friend and had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Marianne . This staff member is nasty and lacks any social grace when talking to the public. Her loud and obnoxious voice overshadowed the day of mourning for our dear friend. It was completely unnecessary for her to be so rude overbearing during our celebration. Never again would I step foot in this place as long as Marianne is an employee. Several of us came away from this gathering feeling upset at the way she treated the guests. I will be spreading the word to anyone who will listen. Stay away …

Felt ignored for a lot of our time at Gator Teds. Needed to request a drink menu what? Why? We met 4 different wait staff yet still were ignored for a lot of the time. Second round of drinks, ordered when food arrived, didn’t arrive until after we had finished our meals. Server missed ringing in an order of fries that ultimately arrived when we were all done! Dessert order took more than 10 minutes to come to the table. Not sure who was most to blame as again, we had 4 ‘servers’ serving us. Very disappointed especially considering first time ever to be there. Never again gator ted’s.

Jambalaya!!!!!! Not your traditional down South variety, but equally as tasty!! Has just the right amount of heat, and imho is spot on. If they added a couple of toasted and buttered sourdough slices of bread, it would be a grand slam home run!! A fantastic Northern take on a Southern favourite. Yes, I’ve had it in New Orleans, and South Carolina.Barmaid was exceptional in service, and personality. Tip her well! She went out of her way to serve me on a busy Tuesday!

Ignore the hours claiming they're open until Midnight on weekends. They often close by 9:30pm and you will have driven over there (in my case 20 minutes) for nothing. I'm aware bars do this, but this is the worst, most extreme case anywhere.
