Feedback gevenMy wife and I made the mistake of choosing a quick meal at McDonald's. Our second mistake was ordering number 498. I was craving a Double Cheeseburger, but instead I received a burger with no cheese. It felt like the employees were laughing at us when they got our order wrong. They could use some lessons in respect for their paying customers. The manager was nowhere to be found, and the restaurant was chaotic. If you enjoy paying for something you didn't receive, then by all means, make the trip there.
The service at this restaurant was awful. We waited in the window for 10 minutes, then were asked to wait in another area for another 10 minutes. When our order finally arrived, it was incorrect and contaminated. We did not receive any drinks or burgers, and the fries were cold. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the service.
Located conveniently just off Appleby Line, this restaurant offers ample space and even has a designated area for disabled customers right at the entrance. The interior is well illuminated, with expansive windows facing east and south. The service staff is professional and welcoming.
McDonalds has proven to be fast food. 90% of the time we go through the drive thru in this place, we are asked to pull aside as they “to wait on a part of our order”. 100% of the time they wait for fire. French Fries. A notebook to the Golden Arches.
I always like coming to this location as they cheerfully always give me a free newspaper upon request. I get it when I go thru their drive thru for my morning coffee. Not much else to say about his Burlington, Ontario McDonald's location.
