Milestones - Burlington

I dined at Burl Milestones on the weekend and was overwhelmed by my meal and customer service. I asked the manager to modify my meal, combining 2 items on the menu. Despite the restaurant being very busy, she said no problem we will take care of it. Afterwards I asked the manager if the chef could come out so I could thank them for my great meal. I told both the manager and chef how great my meal was, and my appreciation for mixing things up. I sat at the bar, and the bartenders were equally hospitable, and contributed to a great dining experience. Thank you Milestones !

We came to Milestones looking for a place to watch the Rugby World Cup. The GM, James, was happy to put the game on for us. We then ordered some drinks and our bartender, Emily, poured a great Guinness and made a delicious Gin Spritz. We came for the game, but got so much more! Friendly staff, good atmosphere, and delicious food. Will be back again for the next game!

We went for dinner last night and sat in the lounge area. Waiter/bartender was attentive and helpful and had a great system with flipping the drink menu up/down when we needed assistance. Food was wonderful, high quality and great portions. Will definitely be returning!

I had a fantastic experience at Milestones! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the fish tacos I ordered. The ambiance of the restaurant is cool, and the bar area stood out with its cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. Our server, Marko, truly elevated the experience. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu. A special mention goes to Lee, the manager, who took the time to check in on us. Her friendliness added a personal touch to our visit. Will def be back!

I was always a fan of milestones when they first opened. The food is good and the ambiance is nice. Staff were quit and attentive. But I have an issue with the price point. For a chain restaurant it's still not upscale enough to be asking the amount the do for simply things like appetizers and sandwiches.
