We dined at SB Prime for the first time and were truly impressed by its inviting ambiance, which was enhanced by outstanding quality and service. We sampled a range of appetizers while enjoying martinis and wine during happy hour. The experience was delightful, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you!

This charming restaurant provides outstanding service and a delightful ambiance. I particularly love their specials, and the appetizers are both distinctive and tasty. The drink and wine menu features a fantastic selection. My personal favorite is the dirty martini, but you should try it and see for yourself! I highly recommend this spot for delicious food and drinks. As for parking, there is ample street parking available, along with a lot next door.

I had a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner here last night. We indulged in bone marrow, Prime Tatar, French onion soup, ribeye steaks, and garlic Parmesan Brussels sprouts. The food was absolutely fantastic!

The best restaurant in Burlington! The prime tartare is incredible. I visited on Saturday, and our server, Daytona 500, was outstanding—such a lovely person. A big thank you to the rest of the fantastic staff as well!
