Sammy's Donair Falafel - Burlington

This place has gone down hill since the last time I remember it. Its fine but not exemplary donair by any stretch. Update: I retuned to see if anything improved months later but it got worse. There is clearly no care in their product.

“Cash Only Accepted” Luckily they have an ATM for easy Cash Withdrawal Great Prices very Inexpensive but Excellent Restaurant Quality Food I’ve been coming to “Sammy’s Famous Donair” for many Years and I always end up with quality service, exquisite decor, and some of the Most Delicious Mediterranean Food that you’ll find in Burlington nothing tastes more delicious and tasty as their Hand Rotisserie Chicken Shawarma gently put on a vertical Spit and rotating at a slow 360 degrees then gently sliced off on a silver platter and served with Sammy’s signature Sauce “Drops of Hot” and for Dessert a delicious piece of Bakhlava to Sweeten the end of a Meal also For Vegetarians I recommend the Tabbouleh Salad “excellent and friendly Staff will always assist any guests.”Vegetarian options: Sammy’s Donair offers many vegetarian options such as Fattoush Salad, Tabbouleh Salad, Garden Salad, and Greek Salad, For some Extra Protein for Vegetarians I highly recommend Sammy’s Hummos, and Pita Bread.Parking: Plenty of Parking available for everyone empty most of the time but always accompanied for many “On The Go To Families” Overall.Kid-friendliness: Sammy’s offers many Kid friendly meals such as Junior Donair, and Chicken Shawarma theirs plenty of seating for Families. Overall “Sammy’s Donair” is a well established Family Business.

Food was great. Lady in the restaurant told me to get extra sauce. That was a mistake. It was good but the extra sauce was a bit much. I'd go back for sure.

I've been a loyal long term customer of Sammy's. I ate my 1st Donair the first week that they were open. Many many years ago. It's sad to say that the last few orders that we've had were just awful!!! I love the owner the staff...but quality has gone bad. Remember you guys were the 1st to bring something other than a hamburger to the people. I can only hope that you can get your pride back......please!!!!

Delicious food at a great price. A favorite lunch stop when I'm in the area. You will not forget the sauce or gyro here.
