Starbucks - Burlington

Great experience today! Sadly did not catch her name, but she was just booming out orders- no stopping! While being incredibly friendly with all customers waiting for their orders! Came in around 3pm for a mocha frapp. Whichever lovely lady was creating the drinks on this shift- legit you are a rockstar- best customer service I’ve received from any Starbucks location in the surrounding Brant area! some locations mess up the mocha frapp usually doesn’t taste right- this lady made it spot on!! Very happy with my experience at this location today!! Service 10/10, Drink 10/10!! Definitely recommend this location!Parking: This Starbucks is located in Mapleview mall-So there is a ton of parking available. Will always be able to find a spot!

The barista at this Starbucks were fabulous. Very polite and helpful. My dad had a lot of questions and they listened and answered to all of them patiently. The only sad part is that as this is at the entrance of the mall, it is noisy, and you feel the disturbance all the time. There are only 1 or 2 tables inside the Starbucks and then you have more seating outside wthe Starbucks and in the hallway of the mall just as you enter the mall. In my view, sitting there does not give you the feel of Starbucks.but as usual the food and the service was great.Parking: As it is located at the entrance of the mall, you have the full parking lot to park.. but to park near Starbucks is somewhat difficult.

Starbucks always has great whatever! The coffee selections are very good.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever had. Cappuccino was watered down, no foam. Pike had had a lot of coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup, also watered down. Do not waste your .

Hi, I've been attending this location for about 3 years now, and I when started attending I was newly disabled and trying to figure out my new life in terms of mobility.I can't tell you enough how accommodating the staff has been to make sure I'm as comfortable as I can be; getting in&out, bringing me my order to my table.Thank-you staff at Mapleview Mall Starbucks! You Rock!!
