Subway Sandwiches - Burlington

I will not recommend this location. Me and my friends visited around 9:40 at subway to order food. Employee was not happy seeing us. We understand it’s late and almost closing but if the store is open you better serve the customer with smile. We were discussing to sit in as we still had 20 mints but the way he behaved was not friendly at all. We went out and sat on the grass to eat. After all the food was not even worth it. Sandwich was not tasty at all.Just one note for the owner, please put someone who will be happy to serve customer at all time even 5 mints before closing.

The guy working hard alone deserves 5 stars, but the owner only gets 3 stars because he needs help. Come on, don't just think about your profit and loss.

Disgusting and unsanitary. I just bought subs for myself and my son. The man that prepared our food didn’t wash his hands with soap and only rinsed under water. I let that go as he put on gloves to prepare our food, but when I got home and we started eating, my son pulled a long, black hair out of his sub, which looks like it was baked into the bun. Will never be eating at this location again.

The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional and very efficient! They accurately followed the instructions provided through Uber Eats. I ordered a sub to share with my son, and needed one sandwich with sauce and the other without. They wrapped them separately and provided the sauces on the side, including hot sauce. The staff member I spoke with on the phone understood my instructions right away, even before I finished explaining. This location is definitely the best choice for delivery in Oakville, especially compared to the other nearby Subway. I will definitely be ordering from here again and again.

Completely terrible and customer service doesn't know how to understand what you want on your food they put all of us when you ask for no olives and I just had to throw out a 6-inch sub because I had too much sauce on itParking: I highly recommend not to come to this location if you can't avoid it I would
