Thai Express & Villa Madina Burlington

While the taste was ok, noodles were well cooked, the chicken was dry from before and there were only broccoli pieces. No flakes. While the finer stems are tender, I'm glad they don't waste them, but what happens to the flutes? ... Do they get this as a product of another place that uses the flute? This had little taste of Broccoli unfortunately, stem pieces do not have the same intensity. My colleague, who got the soup specialist, said the broth was easy to taste, but her beef was almost tasteless and there were plenty of bean sprouts. Not sure if I would disturb if I could get good Thai for the same price in so many other places nearby.

Discontinued for lunch and ordered the Chicken Pad Thai. It's the first time I had noodles that were hard and uncooked. The guys who walk and cook the place are not asian so that should have been a sign, I think. It wasn't so busy, so there was no excuse not to cook the noodles properly.

I've eaten Thai Express in the past and the food was fine. I stopped at noon today and ordered her General Thai Chicken in middle spices. There were only four small chicken pieces and maybe a 1/3 of a cup of vegetables... over the pile of rice. It was a lot of spicier when I expected medium. Then give me some money, I can't foresee that I'm returning to try again.

I ate both Thai Express and Villa Madina. I think the Chicken Shawarma dish is better than any of the Thai meals. It's just a few minutes' walk, so it's super comfortable.

I can walk to Thai Express from home. Food is good and portions are fine. A great alternative to a burger or sandwich for lunch.
