Tim Hortons - Burlington

Efficient staff, good donuts, sweet iced coffee at a reasonable price. They do accept USD. The glazed donuts are so much better than Dunkin's thanks to the bolder flavor (sorry DD, but it's true).

Terrible experience I had at this place. Wasted my time as I asked for a chicken bowl with twice the chicken and they gave me less than any other Tim hortons I’ve been plus the manager named Keval did not even care enough to fix the issue. I should have taken the photo of the shame they gave me. 1 oz of chicken and the plate itself super empty. SHAME on such inexperienced people working in customer service

This is one of my favorite Tim'sThe morning crew is amazing. Fast efficient service and amazing happy people.I am always greeted with a friendly smile and positivity that puts a smile on my face and makes me start my day on the right foot.I look forward to seeing the morning crew every day. They are the reason I go every morning.Thanks for being you!

I have visited this place 5 times. I had good experience before here and came again. I ordered a bagel and found a hair in wrap with bagel. It was morning time. After few days came there again to drink a tea and found a hair into the cup then tea finished.After that day , I hate tea of tim hortens.Please do some improvements.Overall , You will get serve hairs with food.

We’ve been stopping here every Sunday on our way home over the summer. Everytime we’ve gotten a pack of Tim bits we get one in the box that looks like someone has taken a bite out of it. The kids never want to eat this one and they never put in more than the amount, so it’s like we actually get 9.5 Tim bits each time we get a ten pack. It’s weird this keeps happening so I decided to write a review. I’ve taken a pic of the last two times. The first time I thought was maybe a one-off but it’s happened 3-4 times now always on Sunday's around 1130.
