My family and I frequent different TJ’s locations to dine in and take out, so we are very familiar. Typically the food quality is very good and the service is good at this location. During our last visit on Saturday we sat in the bar area. We had two servers and I believe one was a manager. We ordered an appetizer and the naan came out over baked and very hard. The server brought us out more as it wasn’t edible. The small plates were forgotten. Our meals were good overall but they seemed short staffed and rushing around. Kids meals usually come with a cookie/dessert and nothing was offered. Servers also never ask for the Turtle Jacks loyalty card which seems odd. I guess they don’t want people to accumulate points. Not sure what is going on with this location.
We had a great experience. Our server Jessica was fantastic. The manager was awesome with my kids. Played rock paper scissors and had us in stitches. Great customer experience. Would highly recommend
Was there last night and the friendly, professional staff and nice environment almost made up for paying $102 for 40 chicken wings... and that was before taxes and gratuities. It is a nice place so if you don't mind paying eye-watering prices for pub grub this is your spot!
I don’t know how to start this review. Anyway, we were super excited about the place because the reviews were great, but it was very disappointing when we ordered BREADED wing and Fajitas, the alitas they brought weren’t breaded and when we ask they were 100% sure they were breaded, lying in my face!. When the manager came by with the chef they agreed the wings weren’t breaded. gosh! We lost around 20 mins going back and forth with them between the breaded thing, plus 15 min waiting for the wings to come. So what they think? That we haven’t eat wing in our lives? btw the guac was old and we paid $3 for that! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Never again. I’m
