Twice the Deal Pizza - Burlington

I went into this place thinking it was just a neighborhood pizza joint for a slice, I was extremely disappointed. It smelled like sewage, it was visibly dirty, the counters were gross, floors were gross, even the debit machine I was disgusted to touch. I got my slice and as I walked out all I could think about was the unsanitary conditions and what that would lead to if I ate the food. I didn't even bother to go back to ask for my money back, I just tossed it in the garbage and kept walking. I feel really sorry for anyone who orders from here and has it delivered as they would blindly eat the food without knowing the conditions. Lastly, the guys working there seemed to have zero pride in their restaurant, neither said a word, just took my money, grunted and went on about their business. The obvious lack of pride is pretty clear given the conditions.I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I've done three orders through these guys, every experience was worse that the last.Horrible experience every time, from beginning to end. If you call, prepare for poor communication. If you order online, prepare for your order to not be followed by the workers at the restaurant, or by the delivery person.Delivery guys will guilt you for not tipping enough, and always drop snide comments.Last Night was the worst ... made an order for 33.19 and the guy shows up and lies to me and says its 36 and change. I ask for the receipt. It says 33.19. I say i won't pay the difference and that I'll only pay whats on the receipt. I also show the proof from my online order on my cellphone. He continues lying, gets frustrated and takes the pizzas and leaves. Now I'm left with a party and no pizza and trying to figure out what I'm going to do for my guests.Brutal experience. Poor business model from start to finish.Weak product, pizza sits like lead, wings are underwhelming and garlic bread is soggy.Sociopathic delivery.$$$ might be cheap but you get what you pay for.Buyer Beware.

Used this place a few times, now my "go to" for pizza!! Best prices in the area, FREE delivery (had it a few times, and was on time no waiting)Great pizza & Wings!! Pizza crust not too thick, lots of fresh toppings, great sauce, not skimpy on the cheeseWings are undulated and sauce on the SIDE!! a great idea to toss them at home so they don't come all sloppy and soggy. They were cooked perfectly not over or under done and decent sizeCant beat this place for the price and the quality!You can order online and its ready to go, or at the counter, nice friendly service. Delivery driver was super friendly as well, wished us an enjoyable meal, and hoped to see us again soon! Plus open LATE night for your pizza cravings!Will deff order up again!

The pizza and service at this restaurant are excellent. We called around 1:10 am and ordered a large pepperoni pizza for pick up, which only cost $8 and was huge. It tasted great and looked great. It is always a pleasure to eat here. In my opinion, it is the best pizza in Burlington, second only to Eatalia.

I absolutely adore this place. As a student at Lester B Pearson high school, which is conveniently located right across the street from Twice the Deal, I often choose this spot for my lunch outings. For just $3, I can enjoy 2 slices of pizza and a pop, all tax-free. The staff members are incredibly friendly and always make me and my friends feel welcome. On top of that, they also offer delivery services, which came in handy when I ordered 3 extra large pizzas for just $37 last night.
