Wendy's - Burlington

I've visited this location many times, but today was one of the best experiences I've had, and I had to finally write a review. I was talking to Bibi about the new frosty, asking what her opinion was on it after I had purchased my meal (as I was debating on ordering one when I finished eating). She asked me if I've ever had the peppermint prior, then gave me a kids snack size complimentary to ensure I like it before buying one. I wasn't expecting this at all! What great customer service!! My meal (chicken strips and fries) were at par with the standards and they made it fresh in a timely manner. Great great customer service!

They remember me everytime I come and you get great service. The food is always fresh but the parking lot is a mess to drive

This restaurant and its staff are UNBELIEVABLE . Order was ready sitting on the side and they tell me to “wait it's not ready yet” then hand me the order after 20 mins with an attitude telling me I AM LATE while i was standing there the whole time. Manager acts like she is being forced to work. Pathetic restaurant the absolute worst in Burlington.

The people at the counter don't understand English. Tried to explain my simple order 3 times before I said forget it and got a great shawarma next door.

Order a burger and fries...burger was great, fries were old and sitting under heat lamp, therefore chewy and not fresh. Threw them out.
