This location needs to retrain their staff. They don’t use any gloves. The service is extremely slow because they don’t have any processes in place or at least don’t follow them and I’ve seen one of the staff cracking the egg and using the egg shell to spread the yellow yolk and on top of that today my Egg sandwich had egg shell in it as well. Please let me tell you about my experience with a certain staff member there named ishika. I left my wallet and jacket at the restaurant today. There was a lot of cash sitting in my wallet and all the typical items in a wallet. Ishika found the items and kept it in safe storage for me. I am so grateful she is a kind person that is guided by very good values. I tried to offer her a 50 dollars tip to show my appreciation and gratuity. She kindly declined and said to me the following. “Allen I just want to help from the kindness of my heart”. I couldn’t believe what I heard from her. The kindness she showed me is so rare today.
