Boston Pizza Burnaby

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant on October 1st around 7 PM. Our server, a bearded guy with great hair, was fantastic—very personable and provided excellent service. The French onion soup was likely one of the best I've ever had, surpassing many high-end restaurants. The nachos were also done very well. We did run out of the panookie, but honestly, I didn't really need it anyway!

I visited the restaurant today at 2 PM and was quite disappointed. After being seated, no one offered us water or acknowledged my presence for over 15 minutes, despite seeing another group with two children being attended to. We eventually decided to leave and head to McDonald's instead. The service was incredibly lacking for a Saturday, especially considering there were only a maximum of five tables occupied.

73 dollars for 2 med pizzas and 8 wings that were terrible. That was apparently a deal haha. Quality of food not worth the

This Boston Pizza is an excellent choice. It's usually quieter, and there's always room for large groups.

Boston Pizza is a well known Canadian owned Pizza Bar chain that has been serving customers for over 40 yrs. Recently they have added more vegetarian dishes. However the quality has slipped slightly Cheese used reduced. Taste still is good. Prices are slightly high..since Covid.Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian pasta options. Need more Veg Pizza , Burger options
