Café Eggstatic（crystal Mall）

This store isn’t clean at all. There is hair beside the bubble waffle maker. A lot ash on the sealing machine. Also, none of their toppings aren’t store in the fridge at all, like the herb jelly. They probably just leave it out on the table since they open the store in the morning? It was very messy. My stomach doesn’t feel well after drinking it. After the cashier handed out the cash, they didn’t clean their hands and continued to make foods or drinks. Poor service, doesn’t feel welcoming at all. Took me forever to take order and get my drinks. Not in the rush hour!

Hope i can rate 0 rating.the service is bad, the price showed on menu are different from actual price. Already complained immediately, but staff doesn’t care. You may think that just a few cents, but this is about honest, and how you do business. i hope everyone see and will not go to this shop

Charged me a price that was different than what's listed on the posters on the store front, ignored and refused to refund when I asked!

They have the better egg waffle in the Greater Vancouver Area. Their quality is fairly constantly. I think I only had one time that egg waffle was not that great but just okay.I tried this Christmas special before the Christmas season. It was quite special and tasty. Its price was the high end side, so it was a special treat for myself.They also offer drink, but I am usuallyhere just for the egg waffle.

Nearly half of the waffle was stuck in the oven and this was all I had given. The taste was not bad but they should train thier staff to maintain good quality of food to customer. If you want to sell half piece like this then charge me only half price.Note: At that time there were not many customers at all. Even if the rush hour, there should be no excuse to serve bad quality to customer.
