Chachi's - Burnaby

I was at Metrotown and wanted to grab some lunch. Instead of going to one of the usual places in the food court, I decided to try out Chachi. I may have been there before, but it had been a while. I ordered the Mac Daddy Smokie. It only took about 5 minutes for it to be prepared and then brought out. While it wasn't the best hot dog I've ever had, it was still quite tasty and a good value. The smokie was hot and juicy with a nice crispy texture. The mac and cheese had a good consistency, but it was hard to taste because of the spicy ketchup. I especially enjoyed the brioche bun. The toppings were very generous, which is probably why they gave me a fork – it was a bit difficult to fit a bite into my mouth. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and would definitely try more items from their menu.

I enjoyed the local ingredients, warm rolls, and delicious sandwich options at this restaurant. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich and later returned to purchase the cocoa.

This must be the best place for sandwiches. Quality ingredients, the rolls are wonderful. The staff is really friendly.

Chachi's is a recent addition to Metropolis in Metrotown. My partner and I decided to have lunch here when our go-to sushi spot was closed on the other side of the mall, and we were pleasantly surprised. Chachi's offers fresh cuisine, much of it sourced locally. The Mac and Cheese was rich and creamy, and the smoked meat sandwich was incredibly fresh and one of the best I've had in a while. If you're looking to shake things up with mall food, give Chachi's a try! They definitely have earned my recommendation.

My heart sunk a little when the kids wanted to eat at the food fair until I saw Chachi's.
