I recently visited Chipotle, and the experience left much to be desired. It felt chaotic with everyone rushing around, resulting in orders being hurriedly prepared and instructions not properly followed. I would recommend that the staff slow down and take the time to politely inquire about each customer's preferences. The rushed service led to mistakes in my meal, highlighting the need for improvement in their approach to customer service. Overall, it detracted from the enjoyment of the meal and left me feeling dissatisfied.
