Dessert Dynasty - Burnaby

Came into the store Oct 23 around 3pm and was disappointed with the service. The cashier girl was quite rude, it seemed like she wasn't having a very good day. Of course, we all have bad days, however please don't take it out on your paying customers who just want to come in and enjoy a bubble waffle or a drink. The bubble waffle was okay, definitely not the best I've ever had, I would give it a solid 3/5 stars. I also ordered curry fish balls, and again they were just okay. Nothing special but not bad either.

Place is clean, and the Taiwanese style bubble tea is awesome, they have varieties

Worst experience I have ever had. Something hard in their waffle made my tooth loose. When I complained about it, all they offered me was a refund. Who is going to fix my tooth? I gave them 1 star only because I had to.

The bubble waffle is the best in town. Crunchy always. The staffs know that they need to air it to make sure it’s not soggy.The oolong bubble tea is surprisingly good. It’s difficult to find anything that actually has tea flavour.

The staff here lack any emotion. The drinks they serve here are also very bland and unpleasant.Not recommended.
