Double One Chinese Restaurant - Burnaby

As in the rule a very exquisite culinary and great service. we had bbq duck, singapur noodles, mais and chicken soup and sweet with roasted mangles. it is a place that needs to be visited very often ... the menu is so delicious and with a great variety . we always have a great time! we have to go back soon!

Pretty disappointing. Of the 4 dishes that I ordered, the chili squid is the only dish I'm okay with. The rice noodles weren't stir properly so the top layer didn't pick up the seasoning while the bottom layer is much saltier. The pineapple sweet and sour pork is entirely lean meat but probably because it's refried the meat is very fibrous and dry. the egg rolls taste pretty much like factory bought. the chili squid is the only dish I'm okay but I'd prefer the breading to be a touch crispier. I doubt I'll visit this place again anytime soon.

Hit or miss…. Last night we ordered our 3 dishes but found them to be not so tasty. Quite the change from last week when it was amazing. Still looking for a consistently good Chinese restaurant in Burnaby. And if you don’t ask you don’t get soy sauce or fortune cookies.

I just order Chinese food from here. it is always delicious and I order the same, each time and they are always consistent with the quality. there are also so much food per dish! the sweet and sour hues and bark with green beans are to die for plus when they pick up their eating they give them 10% off!

To be honest, it went to this place for over 10 years. loves the owner and the staff. eating is absolutely amazing and affordable. this place gives them the home comfortable feeling. one must mean the roasted squid, sweet and sour food, 3 meat-chow, young chow fried rice and spicy pork.
