Feedback gevenDo not order delivery from KFC. At my ten year old’s request we ordered KFC on Valentine’s night. The order was supposed to arrive ata 6:58pm – but it’s Valentine’s Day, we didn’t get worried about it until 8:30pm. We phoned the 1-866 number provided in the confirmation email and they patched us through to the restaurant fulfilling the order – No answer. At 9pm the delivery tracking just stopped. It was no longer available. Three days of phone calls to the restaurant, the hotline, and a “special” number the hotline gave us have resulted in nothing but being redirected to the restaurant – who does not answer their phone. As of right now KFC has stolen $58.03 from us and has done nothing to resolve the issue. For days later we got a phone call saying that they would reverse the charges. THEY NEVER DID. DO NOT ORDER FROM KFC.

Don’t go there people who work there can’t count sure u will miss few piece chicken and gravy
Probably the worse KFC i have ever been to. Understaff at lunch time. Goes else where unless you have no choice. There is a Church’s chicken 5 mins drive away and if you insist having KFC, the one at the metrotown food court is ok. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
