Ming Kee Kitchen - Burnaby

Absolutely inedible. Ginger beef (I don't think it's beef...it doesn't taste like beef ..in a bad way) is soggy and dry (I don't want to know how that is possible) and SO SALTY. The dumplings are nasty, I literally gagged. Fried rice is tasteless EXCEPT the salt. This food is riddled with MSG. Ugh, I feel nauseous just thinking about it again. Writing this review took about 20minutes because I kept gagging thinking about it. I would be shocked if I escape this without being sick.

A friend turned us on to Ming Kee Kitchen a couple of years ago we only order from them! The vegetables as super fresh and vary depending on the dish. Fresh red and yellow peppers in the Chop Suey, and the Chicken and Cashews is really great. Most interesting fortunes in the cookies, along with a Chinese word definition and translation. Super staff too!

One of my favourite take out places for Chinese food. Close to home, fast for delivery or faster for take out. Always a solid meal.

Friendly, reasonable price, but not good for sitting in

I’ve eaten here several times, food was always great! Especially the sweet and sour chicken balls. The prices good, staff was friendly! a good place for takeout!
