Great variety of options with new flavors and plenty of vegetables to choose from. The portions are generous and they offer refreshing Jarritos drinks. The $20 deal for two, including drinks and churros, is a fantastic value. Highly recommend checking this place out!
Stopped by 2 weeks ago when were shopping. I ordered the beef burrito. I ordered the regular and it was more than enough to fill me. Although the taste was disapointing as well as the price over $10 for a medium. I think Red Burrito...and Taco Del Mar are better and less expensive
It would have been preferred to have 0 stars but it that’s not an option. Ordered with skip the dishes just like the disclaimer says any issues with delivery or food is responsibility of the restaurant. Order was placed at 6:44pm the current time is...8:47 Been on the phone with the restaurant and skip the dishes. Unfortunately no ownership taken by the restaurant or skip the dishes and still sitting here waiting for burritos. Actual summertime sadness. Disappointed with both parties horrible customer service. Shame!!!!!!
Our twins, age 8 were hungry for Mexican food so we searched the internet and found Mucho Burrito was near us at market Crossing in Burnaby. Our first impression was it looked good and we wanted to sit inside and eat. Our family of four...followed the line up to the order area. We were the only people in line and we said that we needed some help as it was our first time. We were rushed from that point until we paid over $27 for one kids meal a burrito and 3 tacos. The confusion was made worse by the staff as they talked fast, had heavy accents and used strange lingo. An example was our daughter wanted a kids Chimichanga, but we did not see the kids menu so we asked if she could have her with cheese only. This was confusing as we could not hear the response. Then another staff member asked if we wanted a kids version wow yes we did! Then the tacos was confusing to order as it had numerous questions. Again the question came rapid fire and used terms we did not expect. Soft or Hard? was followed by Corn of Flour, then white or brown? As i write this it seems easy, but try to answer these when you can hear and there was a heavy accent. I wanted the advertised $5 Burrito special with drink, but after a few mistakes I paid full price for everything since I agreed to the wrong size. Eating in was no fun now. We were still upset at over paying and being rushed. The last straw was they charged us a dollar more because my daughter wanted the guacamole on the side and not inside her tortilla. Oh yes they had a dozen hot sauce bottles all empty and crusty with no caps. Geeze we were not impressed as the taco meat tasted like boiled pot roast no spice or flavor. My burrito was like slop in a wet blanket not worth $9 bucks. I hope your experience here is better than ours. We must have come on a bad day.
