Starbucks - Burnaby

A guy that works there made my order wrong. It’s the same order I’ve ordered at multiple other locations. When I tried to speak up about it. He started telling me he had to add more milk to the beverage because I said light ice. Never has that been the case at other locations. Then they tried to charge me for a remake. Just honestly something I didn’t need in my day. Then he told me to not say light ice for next time, but it’s confusing when I’ve always ordered that way. This is the remake. Which is still wrong ? but I didn’t have the heart to say something again. I hate to post about this. I feel it’s a privileged persons problems. However if I pay for something I want it the way I asked.

As a customer to other customers please clean up afterwards take some time before going that way other people don't have to pick up after you To the people working there I know your job can be stressful please be kind to one another and respectful don't get upset so don't put your stress on others it's not professional at all and people who use the washroom please clean up after your selves it's disgusting and please throw away cups in proper recycling thanks. The food choices are pretty good. Also workers please speak English when people are around and who are working with you it's rude talking in a different language and only doing it when your manager isn't around SMH!
