Subway - Burnaby

I have always encountered very assertive and unfriendly staff every time I have dined at this restaurant. During my last visit, I requested for more than 4 pickles on my sub, as I have always been used to Subway adding more veggies for me when I was a child. However, the manager intervened and stated that they would not add any extra veggies without an additional charge. This is a disappointing way to operate a restaurant.

I ordered the salad at this restaurant. There was a very small amount of vegetables in it. It cost $9.54. I have tried this salad at numerous other Subway locations and it has always been worth it, but not so much here.

Mobile orders not prepared and ordered a tuna sub missing a key ingredient...tuna. Really stingy with toppings.

Clean subway. Horrible customer service. I regret tipping.

I thought franchises have a set standard.. the cheese here is really bad and something was off with the sandwich in general..They didn't take my coupon too...
