They served chicken wings (not even drumsticks) instead of chicken karage. When we asked the waitress she said that that's what they serve as chicken karage in ALL locations which is not true because my son's favourite food was having chicken karage and rice from the other location that is located in Kingsway... And when we asked if she could do something about it she refused and didn't give any solution. First and last time I visited that location

My boyfriend ordered the food and I went to pick it up tonight. When I went in and told the waiter I 'm here for pickup, the waiter was asking me in a demanding tone why didn 't you pick up the phone? . I told him I was driving, and I had no idea why he was questioning me like that so rudely. Later I found out that they were closing but still, I arrived 3 MINUTES after they called and he still showed me such a bad attitude. And they shouldn 't have closed the cashier till when they 're expecting someone to pick up order. I 'm not going back there again after such an unpleasant and unwelcomed experience. The food was also not as great as before sushi rice was tasteless.
Ate here twice. Good prices. Quick service. Fresh fish. Definitely will eat here again when in the area. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
