Feedback gevenThe boss restaurant is a kantones restaurant that has many stalls in the metro vancouver. the one I've always been, is in metrotown second floor. the location is very easy to find for people and it is always super busy. I came with my friends in this morning around the midday, even through them has a huge standing in front of the door. the servers were very nice and friendly. I always ordered russan soup, black pfeffer steak with rice and lemon ice cream. eating is very fresh and well cooked. the food came very fast. the taste of eating was super delicious. the price for eating is also cheap. In summary, I really like this place. the only minus for this restaurant is cash only.

Came here for breakfast at 11am on a Friday. No wait and they had my favorite hk style breakfast meals. 2 eggs with ham (or your choice of meat) with instant noodles and satay beef (or your choice of noodles) with a drink for $9! My photos say it all. It was delicious!!
If anyone is in Metrotown area, and craving for some good carbs, The boss is a good place to go. They have a few dishes and most dishes come in smaller portion than similar restaurants in town (such as Oscar, Amigo, etc. The good thing is they serve better quality food here. Their Seafood E-fu noodles is one of the best you can find. I tried so many in Canada (from west coast to east coast and this one is really good. Coming in almost $15 per dish, it's not cheap. However, their noodles is not greasy, flavorful, and loaded with scallops, shrimps and squids, and dried scallops. I always order that dish and it's something to recommend. The other good dish is their seafood with spaghetti in cream sauce. This is about $13, and comes with similar ingredient like the seafood e-fu noodles. The dish is pretty filling and I don't mind having this every day. The also serve some good baked pork chop on rice, and it's really good (better than most HK style restaurant . They have other dishes such as steak, pork chop or their dinner special, which I would NOT recommend due to their high price tag and small portion. Why order something expensive where they have some better options. Verdict: Food: 9/10 (food comes out fresh, and tasty: based on the 2 dishes I order Service: 7/10 (service was decent, refilling tea from time to time Price: 7/10 (Their price tag is not cheap, but these are good food Overall: 23/30 (It's worth going if you are nearby, and worth to drive to just have the seafood e-fu noodles
An Old Customer. I have probably been a customer of this restaurant for a good 5 years or more.. The food really has gone downhill after the renovation, but I come here for a quick Hong Kong styled meal because of the location. Is everything here good? Nope, but there are certain dishes that are decent.
