Tim Hortons - Burnaby

Once again, Tim Hortons, I urge you to focus on improving customer service. Lunchtime is a busy period, so it's important to make an effort to reduce the wait time for meal preparation. One cashier just isn't sufficient during peak hours! Thank you for your attention to this matter!

The food is typical of what you’d find at any Tim Hortons. This location is consistently busy, with lines often extending out onto Lougheed Highway, which only adds to the rush hour traffic. On early weekend mornings, I usually plan for a coffee-and-donut run to take about 15 minutes, largely due to the Tim Hortons process. Nevertheless, it's still Timmy's, and as a Canadian, you know you go to Timmy's.

When I opened the bag, I was hoping to find a sausage breakfast sandwich, but to my disappointment, it was a bacon and egg sandwich instead. Since I was already in my Uber on the way to work, I couldn’t go back to get it corrected. It was frustrating to waste 1,100 rewards points on the wrong sandwich. This was my first time at this location, and if it weren't for its convenient location near my hotel and parking, I probably wouldn’t return. I really hope they can streamline their operations before my next visit. I’ll definitely be checking my order more carefully next time.

The food is good, but not exceptional. The wait times can be quite lengthy, even if there's only one person in front of you, which can be annoying. Nevertheless, I still have a fondness for this place because it's a Canadian brand, and the prices are fair compared to other alternatives. I typically order decaf coffee when I stop by.

The restaurant was not very clean; all the tables had food crumbs and hadn’t been wiped down. The staff's work area was quite messy, and the ketchup packets were sticky. Moreover, the staff appeared disinterested in welcoming customers or taking orders. The wrap I ordered had very little filling and was just average in taste. I will certainly be avoiding this place in the future!
