Tim Hortons - Burnaby

Eating is okay as it can be tim hortons. but the color is the midday. they have only 1 til opened for the midday hours and line up is crazy. they need to train more people for the hurry hours.

Ekam was very professional at providing customer service. I have visited this location earlier, as well but never had good customer service experience. I will definitely visit this location again in near future.

Awesome place to enjoy my hot coffee and breakfast. The best thing is friendly staff and especially the one girl name Anjali. She is very nice and know very well how to deal nicely with customers. Overall this is my best place where I enjoy my coffee and day.

Worst service ever. EVERY time I go into to this location, they ALWAYS mess up my orders. Simple basic orders. And the very last time I will go there for anything was when a line up of people going out the door and around the corner waiting for over 10 minutes just watching ALLLL the employees filling orders a NO ONE taking orders. I get if you're busy, but say something to us? Not rocket science. Anyways we stood there, being ignored and waited...and once again after all that They STILL screwed up my order....AGAIN. just completely forgot to give me items. Never againnnnnnnn. Do not recommend this location.
