Feedback gevenI ordered through delivery for multi pack timbits and i called the store to ask for just birthday cake timbits as im not a fan of the other flavours but the lady on call said she cannot do it as its not standard but there’s no stanadard that says u cannot hand choose the timbits according to a specific type require and to what standard corporate one that’s making u so mad that u are taking it out on customers by being rude.
Slow service ordered 1 medium coffee and still waiting after 5 mins. They are busy and prioritising online orders I guess? I miss the old days where you order and the cashier pours and we go. Part of the appeal of Tim was simple and fast. But now they pass it on to one girl who is trying to make 8 coffees? Not really her
The Asian manager (aanny) was extremely rude and was yelling at her employees in a very bad way. I saw one of the girls was nearly in tears, but she managed to hold them back in front of the customers. When the owner, a bald man, entered the store, the manager immediately changed her attitude. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and she should be terminated.
The staff, particularly the Asian manager, wasn't very friendly. But it's Tim Hortons, so what else would you expect?
The Asian female manager, Nandy, displayed rude behavior and had poor customer service skills. I will not be returning to this restaurant due to her mistreatment of both customers and employees.
