Xing Fu Tang Xìng Fú Táng - Burnaby

I recently had the worst signature bubble tea ever at this restaurant. I usually order the same item, but this time was the worst experience I've had. It was very disappointing and made me upset. The taste was lacking and it just felt like water with cold, hard bubbles. However, on 9/13, they had a new update where the bubble tea was much improved. It had the perfect ice level, was warm, and had sweet bubbles. It's strange how there can be such a difference in quality from day to day.

I tried their lychee bubble tea and found it to be just average in taste and texture. I didn't like the sugar they used as it didn't taste like pure cane sugar, making the drink taste artificial. Meh.

After missing out on this particular brand of bubble tea a few times, I was really craving it. It was definitely worth the wait! While in Vancouver, we ordered their large brown sugar milk tea every day because it was just that good.

Tried lots of bubble tea places. I came here and ordered their signature brown sugar pearl milk tea. The taste of the milk tea here is definitely the best. The pearls were too chewy for me, but others might like them. Pretty good value for the price. Was a bit disappointed that you can’t adjust the sugar level for this drink but the default sweetness is just right imo

Me and my friend decided to come here expecting to be treated with respect. But not only did they give us the wrong drink, but they forced us to pay for another one very rudely. So disappointed. If I could I would give zero
