Subway - Burnet

I stopped by today to grab a sandwich, and even though the restaurant was very busy, the girls working behind the counter were super efficient. My sandwich was made quickly and was refreshing and delicious. This is definitely the best subway in the area.

We have ordered from this restaurant twice through the app and both times our orders were incorrect. The second time, I called them to address the issue. We ordered wraps, but neither was labeled, so we had to unwrap them completely to figure out which was which. It wasn't until my husband noticed that there was no cheese or avocado, despite us paying for them according to our receipt. I called the restaurant and they requested us to bring the wraps back in order to correct their mistake. However, we had already eaten half of the wraps before realizing the error. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service. When I called, I simply wanted a refund for the missing cheese and avocado. Hunter offered to remake the wraps for us, but we were not interested in receiving another wrap. We wanted either the correct order or a refund. Despite offering to remake the wraps, Hunter later called back and stated that we needed to bring in the original wraps. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Food was good and the service was moderately at best. They have a pretzel now but no dips .. that’s crazy!

We went to dine in at this restaurant. There were 6 teenage kids occupying 6 booths, all of whom knew each other. One of them was asleep, with none of them eating and all of them on their phones. We initially planned to have our meal there, but we decided against it as we didn't want to spend our money and have to sit in an uncomfortable setting.
