Blackberry Patch - Burney

The food was good, the prices were reasonable, and the staff were friendly. However, we had to wait nearly an hour for our meals, and no one provided an explanation or an apology for the delay. Additionally, the restaurant could benefit from some updates.

Today, we were served by an amazing waitress who really went above and beyond on a busy Saturday, especially with customers arriving close to closing time. She managed to keep everything running smoothly and did her utmost to ensure everyone was satisfied. It was impressive to see her dedication and hard work in action.

Classic American diner with generous portions and speedy service. It features stand and counter seating and is conveniently located on the main road through the city. A far better choice compared to other options around Burney Falls.

A nice busy morning, figured the food had to be good so we waited 28 minutes before the food was served. Only it was served to the table next to us where the people looked at our food and waited to send it back. The waiter took it away, came back to our table to apologize that it would be longer because it went to the wrong table and they had to make it again. Barely a minute later they brought the food back, it appeared to be the same plate the people next to us had, my main disappointment is that they didn?t remake it as they said they would. Food wasn?t as hot as expected and a bit generic in taste. On the up side the staff were friendly and our area was clean.
