Mcdonald's - Burnley

Robert is a helpful addition to the team with his cheerful, polite, and efficient service. The food at McDonald's is decent, but there may be a slight delay in receiving table service.

I don't usually write restaurant reviews, but my quick visit before a game was surprisingly good. The fries were decent, and the burger I ordered with just cheese and onions was cooked perfectly. It seems like this place can be hit or miss, so I felt it was important to share my experience for a balanced review.

I have to give praise where it's due, the staff at this restaurant are incredibly hardworking and accommodating. In particular, a staff member named Ryan truly impressed me with his exceptional service and deserves to be commended. Thanks to the outstanding experience I had, I will certainly be coming back to this restaurant soon.

Chicken burger was awful Not even warm was waiting about 15 mins For food staff not got a clue what there doing manger is shocking

Hot food and kind staff ensuring all needs were met it was busy but staff made sure that everyone’s needs were met saying there wasn’t that many staff there customer care made sure all floors abs tables were clean and presentable
