The staff at this restaurant are warm and courteous, serving great coffee in a clean and inviting setting. The atmosphere here is truly feel-good.

I love the atmosphere in here, really relaxed, always busy but it’s not hurried. Like the choices of dairy free milk and that you can get a large coffee some places only do one size. Could there be some gluten free meal/cake selections in the future? The balance could be a little more tipped from relaxed towards serving customers more promptly and less chatting to each other. I was at the till for four minutes before someone asked if I was being served and there were 3 members of staff all behind the counter. One was busy, the other two were chatting and doing a bit of pottering. Both saw me waiting. Will continue to go because it’s a lovely place but the sometimes slow service might tempt me to go elsewhere. Don’t mind waiting when it’s busy, but when I’m the only customer clearly visible at the till and having to wait, it could be better.
