New Leaf Cafe - Burns Lake

I've heard that this business is changing hands and can only hope that the new owners can live up to the quality and flavour of this fine little place.

We stopped here after reading the reviews. We were not disappointed. I had the special. Carrot dill soup had a great flavor with just the right amount of dill. Fish taco was excellent only 2nd to the one I had in Maui. Hubby had the clubhouse and said it was really good.

They appear to be the only coffee shop open on a Monday, makes them very busy and under staffed. We just went for a mocha but the food smelled delicious, friendly staff.

Yes, best place in town to eat between 8-4:30. Breakfast is amazing, the service is excellent. The homemade strawberry jam that is served with breakfast is the best I have ever had.
