The Flamethrower was missing jalapeños, even though I was told it should come with them. I tried calling to report the issue, but no one answered—I just got a message saying the mailbox was full. I attempted to call three times. Additionally, the cashier seemed unsure about how to process a coupon. I won’t be returning.
I ordered a double hamburger, and it was so hot that I could barely hold the bottom of the bun. It was clearly heated up in a microwave, and honestly, it was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. A friend had warned me that this location can be hit or miss when it comes to food quality. Ultimately, I decided to toss the burger into the woods next to the parking lot for the critters to enjoy—I'm sure they’d appreciate it much more than I did!
This is the second time I've gone to this particular DQ, and I remember why I said I'd never go back after. There's something about their burgers at this particular establishment that makes them taste very off compared to the rest of the franchise. It'snot pleasant. My guess is the fryers and stuff aren't being cleaned regularly or at all (or being done right). Also went therewith my austistic son because he loves french fries. We realized he's never had french fries from dairy queen, so we venturedout to this establishment. Once again, just like 6 years ago when I was there last, French fries were not salted at all, and Ihad to go home and salt my own fries. Sure it sounds like a first world problem, but like, when you pay for food, you're payingfor it to be done right the first time. So after two extremely disappointing experiences years apart, I guess I have to keepavoiding this restaurant. It's only a matter of time before they close this one down anyway. If corporate reads into this, please look into why on earth their burgers taste funkier then everyone else's under the franchise. It's not a pleasant taste tobe honest. I would like to give credit to the cashier today though who did give good quality service, and he did not screw upmy order at least. Just the quality (which is most likely out of his control) was kinda garbage. It was at least edible, buthonestly had I stayed there, I probably would have asked for my money back; that's how funky their burgers taste.
Hot Eats. Cool Treats. Food quality was delicious and the service was friendly. Are you sure the kids meal hamburgers are regular adult size hamburgers. I like that they have a choice of chocolate milk for kids to drink. And instead of a toy they getan ice cream cone for free. I tried the flame burger for the first time and it was spicy but not too spicy and I enjoyed thejalapeño bacon and pepper jack cheese. In the summertime they have outdoor patio seating. There was only about three customershaving lunch on this sunny Wednesday afternoon. Men?s bathroom toilet needs work my gen-z son says to give it zero stars LOL
I ordered from this restaurant recently and needed a moment to look over the menu, as it had been a while since my last visit. When I asked the drive-thru employee about the ingredients of two new featured blizzards, he told me what was in them but then muttered under his breath, "This guy is so annoying." The fries I received were cold, and the blizzards were not well made. I submitted a complaint to DQ corporate, but all they did was send a generic response thanking me for my feedback. I recommend heading to Culver's instead. There's one nearby, and the employees there are courteous, plus the food is fresh.
