It's best to be cautious when ordering through the drive-thru, online, or the app. If you use DoorDash, you can usually get a partial refund for any mistakes.
I attempted to contact the restaurant to address this issue, but they did not answer the phone. This has happened before, even when I was waiting in the drive-thru with no response. This lack of communication frustrates me more than the reason I called, which is the discovery of a 3-inch dark hair in my sandwich. I have long, light-colored hair that I always keep in a ponytail, so this hair is not mine. The staff at this restaurant is inconsistent. There are a couple of employees who seem friendly towards customers, but I have had some strange encounters with the rest of the staff. One employee even expressed frustration about closing time. Despite these issues, I do appreciate the convenience of using the Subway app and the drive-thru service.
Our most recent visit was excellent! There were a few big guys working who were very polite and efficient. We hope they continue to be part of the team as we've had some less than stellar experiences at this restaurant in the past two years.
The half of the staff is great, the other half can consistently not say the difference between green pfeffer and bevel or between less and more/extra. be careful if they order through the running gear, an online order, or the app. if they use Door Dash, they can at least always get a partial refund.
I tried to call her to solve this problem, but they never answer the phone. I tried before when I waited in the car without answering, and frankly, it makes me angry than I called. what is there, there was a 3 inch or so darker hair in my sub. I have 2 feet bright colored hair I had pony fucked. That's not mine. the personal here is diverse. there are 2 or so that seem customer-friendly, but I had some strange experiences with the amount of them. close by, they went away from getting out of there. I like the subway app and the running gear thru but really!
