Dunkin' - Burnt Hills

I work across the street and I 've honestly never been a regular customer before, anywhere. However the folks working this store know my order and usually have it made by the time I reach the counter which is nice. They 're very consistent with the occasional ratio of sugar to cream being off but they are 100% humans and can absolutely make mistakes. remember that the next time you mess something up at work. More importantly they are accountable and honest about mistakes and have never made me upset. My only complaint is their closing time but no one I have met at the store level makes that decision. But they 're there when I need them! Fast fluent and consistent.

They all remember my coffee and have it ready perfect and fast

Unfriendly staff and ALWAYS charged incorrectly. An extra donut is always added to my order. Worth diriving a few miles down to RT.50 Glenville dunkin. Service: 1
