The Olive Cafe Wine - Burnt Pine

We began with a complimentary bread basket, which gave us a chance to explore their wonderful menu featuring salads, pizzas, pastas, fish, meats, and risottos. We opted for an Italian Salad ($10) with fresh mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, red onions, olives, roasted peppers, cucumbers, and a pesto vinaigrette, along with a Parma Pizza ($17) topped with mozzarella, arugula, tomatoes, and prosciutto. The salad was excellent and refreshing, perfectly sized for two to share. The pizza resembled a flatbread, cut into eight slices, making it easy to share as well. If you enjoy arugula, this pizza is definitely for you, as it was generously topped with it. Our total bill came to $28.89 after tax, not including tip.

Our experience was great! The food was delicious! The service was impeccable and our group of friends was able to enjoy a leisurely meal and we did not feel rushed even though we were there on a Friday evening. Started the evening by ordering a dean martini (highly recommended if you enjoy a good dirty martini) and the fried mozzarella (not pictured). Our waitress was super attentive, thank you to Anna Beth, she made our experience all the more enjoyable! Our Food was brought out in a timely fashion even though the restaurant was busy. It was all hot, fresh, and delicious! 10/10 recommend!

Excellent food, outstanding service, and very reasonably priced! We enjoyed a wonderful appetizer, soup, salad, and entrée. Everything was absolutely delicious!

The food, drinks, and staff were all exceptional! It's a fantastic spot in Wilmington, and I will definitely return!

This place was great I thought. Sat at the bar and the bartenders were attentive and knowledgable. The ambiance was very laid back and relaxed which I really liked. The food was pretty damn good. I got their bolognese and it was a huge portion. I couldn't finish it all, but it was so good. Big chunks of meat and tons of pasta that was cooked just right. Highly recommend. It's not near downtown or the beach, but worth the drive.
