Rosenbaum Burton Cafe

Perfect stop between Austin and Houston. The pizza is the way to go. The crust is half wheat, half white and was crisp and super tasty. We had the pepperoni with generous amounts of quality cheese. There's a good selection of tap bottle beer, plus wine and a full bar. I had a great **** Mary to start. The service was friendly and fast as well.

Great place to stop to beat the heat. We stopped in and immediately you can feel history of the building. Thick hand laid stone walls and former jail cells make this truly unique place to visit. The lil' pizza is plenty large enough for 2 people and was delicious. The Chardonnay was very good and a nice selection of TX beers on tap. Will come back for sure.

Love this place. Pizzas are excellent but my wife felt the crust was a bit too crispy or overdone but not enough to ruin it. I thought the pizza was perfect myself. Sandwiches are delicious too but just a tad overpriced. Bar is great set up well and a nice variety of local draft beers. Staff is always very friendly but on occasion hard to get to come back by your table, whether they are busy or not. Nice ambience. Live shows are good. Everyone should check them out!

Went in Sunday afternoon to have a drink and conversation with a friend. There was a table of 6-8 adults when we walked in who I guess were responsible for a child that was yelling, running around and overall disrupting in a public place. As we left, someone at that same table said thank you , so I would assume they are managers of this place and allowing this disruptive child to annoy the few customers they had.......Hard to believe...

Excellent!!! Meatballs pizzas are fab. They have a nice white wine selection too!
