The Anchor Inn - Burton upon Trent

The best price on bitter in Burton! The customers are friendly, there's a great atmosphere, and it's a perfect spot to catch up with old friends. I've been going there for over 18 years and try to visit whenever I'm in the countryside. It's sad to see some of the old regulars gone, but God bless them all.

Great darts team on Monday nights! The people are awesome, and the service is excellent.

I had a wonderful evening filled with laughter and drinks. I can't really complain, but the drink options were somewhat limited, and I found the bottled beer to be a bit pricey—in my opinion, £3.90 for a Budweiser seems high, but I've been to other places in the city, so it might be expected these days. I'll give it a 4 out of 5, considering the drinks.

Visited here yesterday on the spur of the moment. It wasnt busy at all, which was nice for us. The few people that were here was very happy, bubbly and merry. Loved the 80's music that was playing on the jukebox. The drinks were great and i will be happy to recommend and visit here again.
