Barton Arms - Bury

Very good service and friendly bar staff, enjoyed the shepherd's pie and sticky toffee pudding. Although I don't have a dog I noticed It's a very good dog friendly pub offering good doggy services.

Attentive staff, very pleasant, didn’t wait long for the food. The open steak sandwich arrived with fries which was a nice surprise as we didn’t expect them. It was lovely, the steak could have been a little hotter, but no complaints.

Food was good, surprised about not being able to book Christmas day meal for a table of over 6. But hey ho

Took my grandchildren to see the canal by barges, called in for some lunch. Sat outside and once I worked out the ordering via the app I was surprised how prompt the service was. Really enjoyed the food as did the children (almost empty plates) the colleagues were very helpful and friendly, and was really nice to meet Ben who I worked with before he left to join your company, and who I realised had already been so helpful when my grandson went inside to use the toilet earlier, thanks Ben x
